Limi is an AI-powered educational platform that helps teachers create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, vocabulary activities, and educational materials. Our tools are designed to save teachers time and improve the quality of classroom resources.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have explicit authorization from a parent, guardian, or educational institution to use Limi. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

When using Limi, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Violate or infringe any intellectual property rights of Limi or third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems

Limi uses artificial intelligence to generate educational materials including lesson plans, vocabulary sets, worksheets, and assessments.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or culturally inappropriate material. All generated content should be reviewed and approved by qualified educators before use in a classroom setting. Limi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

Limi owns all rights to the platform, software, branding, user interface, and underlying technology. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You retain full ownership of any original content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Limi a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Paid plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan) until you cancel your subscription. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Limi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the platform. We may do so with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Limi does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above or by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
