Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Limi. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Free Trial

We encourage all new users to evaluate Limi through our free plan before purchasing a paid subscription. The free plan gives you meaningful access to core features so you can make an informed decision. We recommend fully exploring the platform during this period before committing to a paid plan.

Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. The billing date corresponds to the date you originally subscribed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same billing period
  • Billing errors — if an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error on our part
  • Major service outages — if the platform was unavailable for an extended period (typically 24+ hours) during your paid billing period due to issues within our control

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date to be considered.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Partial billing periods — we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Failure to cancel before renewal — it is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged
  • Change of mind after using the service — if you have used the platform features during the billing period
  • Dissatisfaction after significant usage — we encourage you to try the free plan before purchasing
  • Violation of Terms of Service — accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to paid features until that date. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Limi account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund

Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit — this can take 3–5 additional business days depending on your financial institution.
